What does LaunderPay cost?
$70 a month with all POS features included. Cards are 2.9% + 30¢. No setup fees and no contracts. The $750 hardware kit is optional.
Is there a contract?
No. LaunderPay is month to month.
Can I keep my Cents or Turns tablets?
Yes. LaunderPay runs in the browser, so most tablets work, including Sunmi.
Does LaunderPay work on Sunmi tablets?
Yes. LaunderPay runs on Sunmi, and receipts and the cash drawer use the Sunmi's built-in printer.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Tap to Pay turns an iPhone or most newer Android phones into the card reader. If you'd rather use a reader, the Stripe Reader M2 works with any iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
Can I start a payment on the counter computer?
Yes. Ring it up at the counter and the payment pops up on your phone to tap, or on the Stripe M2 paired to it.
What's in the $750 hardware kit?
A 13.5" touchscreen tablet, an Epson receipt printer, a card reader, a cash drawer, and a keyboard and mouse.
Can I print bag tags and receipts?
Yes. LaunderPay prints barcode bag tags and receipts on any printer your computer or tablet already recognizes. A printer your device can't see won't print. The exception is our Epson TM-m30III receipt printer, Epson TM-L100 label printer, and the Sunmi built-in printer, which connect through our app. Scan a tag to pull up any order.
Does it work for dry cleaning?
Yes. LaunderPay handles dry cleaning, wash & fold, and pickup & delivery, each with its own items, turnarounds, and preferences.
Can customers order online?
Yes. Customers book pickups, add items and preferences, and pay online. Need a website? We'll build you one for free, like Sudsy Corner.
Do you support pickup and delivery?
Yes. The Driver App lists today's stops with one tap to navigate, call, or text, plus photo proof at the door.
Can I deliver with Uber?
Yes. Book an Uber pickup or return right from the order, and choose how much of the Uber fee your store covers. Customers can also choose Uber when they order online and book the Uber back from their account.
Can I text customers and run marketing?
Yes. Automatic texts confirm orders and say when they're ready. The Engagement Hub, available as an add-on, sends email and text campaigns to new, active, and at-risk customers.
Can my employees have their own logins?
Yes. Give each employee their own login and choose what they can do. Time clock, schedules, and tasks are included.
