Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LaunderPay LLC ("LaunderPay," "we," "us"). They cover your use of launderpay.com, store websites we host, and the LaunderPay software and apps (together, the "Service"). If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that business ("Merchant"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LaunderPay is point-of-sale and business software for laundromats and dry cleaners. It includes orders and bag tags, payments, online ordering, store websites, pickup and delivery tools, the Driver App, customer messaging and marketing, reports, and employee tools. Features may change as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account, your logins, and the employees you give access to, including what they do in the Service. Tell us right away at info@launderpay.com if you think your account has been misused.

4. Plans and Fees

5. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, Finix, and Paystri), and you may need to accept their terms to take payments, such as the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payouts, holds, reserves, and disputes follow the processor's rules. You are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and any related fees on your transactions, and for following card network rules.

6. Hardware

The optional LaunderPay hardware kit is a one-time purchase ($750 unless we agree otherwise). Hardware made by others, such as Epson printers, Stripe card readers, and APG cash drawers, comes with its maker's warranty. You can return hardware within 30 days of delivery.

7. Store Websites

If we build a free store website for you, we host it (for example, at yourstore.launderpay.com). You are responsible for the content you give us, such as photos, prices, and text, and confirm you have the right to use it. If your account ends, we may take the website down.

8. Messaging and Marketing

The Service lets you send texts and emails to your customers. You are responsible for having your customers' permission where the law requires it (for example, before sending marketing texts) and for following laws like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of texts, and we honor those requests.

9. Pickup, Delivery, and Uber

Delivery tools, including booking Uber deliveries, are offered through third parties and may be subject to their terms. You set your own delivery prices and how much of any delivery fee your store covers. You are responsible for the care of customer items while they are with your store and your drivers.

10. Your Data

You own your business data and your customer data. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy of your data while your account is active and for a reasonable time after it ends.

11. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, process payments for anyone other than your own business, upload harmful code, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

12. Our Rights

LaunderPay, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you the right to use the Service, not to own it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

13. Availability and Support

We work to keep LaunderPay running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or updates. Support is available by email and in the app (see our Support page).

14. Ending Service

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or put other users, customers, or the Service at risk. After cancellation, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, LaunderPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold LaunderPay harmless from claims that come from your business, your use of the Service, your content, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will post them here with a new effective date and let Merchants know before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
